"We have members
who drive children to school; other members provide lunches and
warm, clean classrooms. There are NCFO members who make pumps,
others who run pump stations. There are members who will drive
you across town on a bus and others making sure there's fuel in
the train that takes you across the country. We are truly a
cradle to grave union - with members assisting in the delivery
of babies - others digging those final resting places for when
the journey of life is over. The incredible diversity of this
Conference is one of its greatest strengths."- George J.
Francisco, Jr. addressing the 100th Anniversary Convention of
the NCFO.
